Investors Wanted

We are looking for investors to partner up with to continue expanding our market reach. We are looking for investors in markets across the United States. Although we do get many applications, currently we are only looking for seasoned investors who have a great deal of experience flipping homes.

We currently work with a handful of investors that are on shows from HGTV. Some of the investor’s markets we work with from HGTV include Chicago, Boston, Vegas, Los Angeles, St. Louis, and Atlanta. We are searching for investors who have flipped at least three houses within the last year. Unfortunately, we are only partnering with seasoned investors at this time. If you have invested and/or flipped multiple properties in the last year please fill out the application so we can see if it’s a good fit.

 

We are known for buying different types of homes at various prices. The people who sell their homes to us sell them for many different reasons; whether they be in-foreclosure homes, inheritance, or some people just need to move quickly. As of right now we buy homes nationwide but are looking to continue expanding our investor list into all major cities.
